HIGH PERFORMANCE TENNIS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Franco Davin & Robert Gomez (CO-Directors of Tier One Tennis) and the entire coaching staff have developed a successful training system for juniors and professionals.


In each training we will focus on the technical, strategic, physical and mental aspects of the game. The objective is to accelerate the improvement process for our players.


Our system is constantly evolving to affect positive change in our players. As the game evolves, so do we. We want our players keeping up with the latest trends of the game at the highest levels. Our values are old school but our teachings are also based on the latest sports science.

JUNIOR PROGRAM

INCLUDES

01

A player development plan with performance and outcome goals will be designed for each athlete. This plan will include a tournament schedule matching the players current level of play and written outcome goals.

Monthly video analysis will be recorded for each player. The player will have a daily follow-up that is based on their needs and goals.

A Fitness program will be designed specifically for each player to obtain maximum performance: Power, stamina and coordination. Carrying out periodic tests that are contrasted in evolution graphs. Also teaching athletes to preserve their physique with daily maintenance and injury prevention routines.

17.5 hours of tennis training a week (Monday to Friday) personalized technical and tactical on court.


5 hours of physical training focused on the game of tennis and injury prevention (Monday to Friday).

Preparation of the competitive calendar for the quarter. Based on this calendar, the competitions and training of each of the players will be personally organized.


One travel coaching opportunity per month to a local tournament. Additional travel coaching avaible upon request for an additional fee.
